We don't all see things exactly the same way. What you feel is important about being a man may be very different than other men, and/or different than what our partners, children, friends and family want, need and/or expect from us.
- What does it mean to be a man in today's society?
- How is that different than the way it "used to be"?
- You may be juggling career, home, spouse, children, pleasure, recreation, health, wellness, "yesterday's" beliefs about what a "strong man" looks like, acts like, does or doesn't do. I believe that enlightened men need to help other men learn how to focus on the things that may not be celebrated in the past, but may also be the single most important aspect of how we flourish now and into the future. Can we redefine strength so that it is centered on who we are as people and not on physicality? Can we redefine success so that it is centered on our relationships and responsibilities versus financial gain. Can we redefine how we can "have it all" and that by doing so, those in our lives are empowered, rather than possibly being marginalized?
I have been married for 40 years. I have 2 adult sons, in their 30's who are independent, with families of their own and they are thriving. I had a very successful executive career and now I have something to bring to my clients that can only be obtained by experience and living it, not just reading about it.

So you want to work in the death care space (cemeteries, funeral homes, crematories, etc.)? The nature of these types of businesses is that it is very difficult to remain in the field if you don't truly want to play a part in helping your fellow human beings! I've worked with family owned locations and publicly owned corporations. I have expertise in sales, operations and administration and achieved a C-Suite role in a very large company. The bottom line is that I know how to help you succeed at whatever level you are aiming for.
