I spent 10+ years as a certified, professional youth athletic coach, 5+ years as a certified, volunteer adult running coach, and 30+ years coaching my staff as part of my position in corporate America.

Because I started down this path as a young man, I am able to combine the energy, excitement, and curiosity that you see and feel in our youth with decades of actual real-life experience
